CHAT WITH DAN PRYDE-JARMAN

Talking with Dan on Monday was useful, I was keen to find out more about this apparent interactive art piece by Hans Ulrich Obrist put up in the Lyon Bienalle.

Basically this piece is a interactive installation where you stand in front of a screen. Your silhouette is clearly visible on the screen and various things happen which you can interact with (also silhouette form).

From Dan's description this really did sound like a magnificent piece and truly inspirational, how on earth can you make your silhouette interact with an art piece!

I have been searching for this piece for the last two hours and losing hope! If anyone has any links to this piece please comment!

For the time being i found this piece by Shilpa Gupta which appears similar to the concept behind the Hans Ulrich Obrist piece:

Shot of Interactive Video Projection by Shilpa Gupta (right), imagine interacting with your silhouettes / shadows!

This reminds me of the shadow story piece on setpixel.com.
