I recently bought a banksy book which really made me think. I thought about graffiti which is interactive, like projecting video onto buildings (simliar to the exhibtion on at grand parade which I will take photo of for research).
Maybe these projections you could interact with.
Every street corner you turn a new character is there which you can talk to like chatbot!
I have clearly been influenced by the Design Futures Brief on this one, I seem to be thinking about futuristic proposals which isn't necessarily a bad concept because it does make me think "outside the box".

Hi:
I was searching for Banski's work and stumbled upon your blog. I live in Toronto - Canada, there is a project here in this city which does something similar to what you are thinking of; you are in this neighborhood (kensington market) where you see green signs on corners buildings stores etc, you call a 1800(free) phone number from your cell phone (as everyone has a cell phone) and you enter the code on the particular sign you stumbled upon, a recording will tell you something about the history of the particular building, house whatever even recordings of some of the people who live there, who may be immigrants to the country just really interesting stories. ....
here I just found this web page easier than explaining it myself

take care
