Taxonomy of Natural Hand Motion in a Motion Space has two natural motion dimensions: Extension-Flexion and Adduction-Abduction having Apposition-Opposition in common.
This is an interesting link and I feel like I could apply these to my research into hand gestures and controlling interactivity. I feel that interaction is most immersive if your body is in motion, I hope to incorporate this into the design of my final interactive gym product...
